Just fill in the returns form and put it in the box with the shoes. Then securely wrap the box and stick the 'Return to' label on the returns form onto the parcel. For added security please send your parcel to us by recorded delivery.

The most comfortable new shoes I have ever bought!! I bought these to replace the original pair of Mel Lace Brogues I got a couple of years ago. Great shoes, look good and really comfortable. I wear them mostly for work but also great with a pair of jeans or a skirt and thick tights. If they are still available I'm sure in a year or two I will be replacing them again.
A lovely pair of shoes, perfect for work. They are a little smaller than I expected them to be but I think they'll be just fine once they're worn in.
Absolutely love these shoes. I have them in brown and black, very comfortable and can wear with most things. Smart and well made. Buy them you will not be disappointed.
Fantastic service. Lovely shoe. Would have got 5 stars but have only worn them a couple of days and they have already got a mark on them. Quite expensive. But overall a nice shoe and a brilliant service.
Lovely smart comfortable and fashionable shoes, with a leather lining. The only slight drawback is that the attractive shiny finish tends to rub off at the toes, but this doesn't really detract from the shoes overall. Excellent service, as always.
