Just fill in the returns form and put it in the box with the shoes. Then securely wrap the box and stick the 'Return to' label on the returns form onto the parcel. For added security please send your parcel to us by recorded delivery.

They are well made, and the right foot is very comfortable, but the left foot is painful on the outer edge, as it is too narrow for my foot. I have been wearing them indoors for quite a long time, but it is still painful.
Bought these as a gift and they loved them!!! Perfect present!
Brilliant Sandal and exceptional service from Schuh
These are, quite simply, the best sandals you can buy, and probably, no doubt, because they are German-made! They are extremely comfortable and hard wearing. My last pair have lasted two years, and at £40 they are great value. Highly Recommended.
I have now bought 5 sets of Birkenstock Sandles. This is my first purchase on the internet and they arrived within five days and saved a journey to a major town centre with it's problems of transport and parking etc. The Birkenstock company is the only one I can find who use buckles on the straps which is more convenient. The buckles are more trouser friendly and will not fray the leg bottoms. The soles are well shaped for comfort and are hard waring.
The quality of Birkenstocks is a given but the speed of delivery is something else. I ordered on a Sunday and they were delivered on Monday morning and it was free of charge. Schuh provide an unbeatable online service.
