Just fill in the returns form and put it in the box with the shoes. Then securely wrap the box and stick the 'Return to' label on the returns form onto the parcel. For added security please send your parcel to us by recorded delivery.

Firstly, I ordered on Friday afternoon and you delivered to me on Monday - and I live in Australia!!! I got the usual blister on the first wear of a pair of Docs but after that, they're great. I'd forgotten how soft the airsole really is!
The sole of these shoes lives up to its reputation for giving a lovely ride. The heal will take a while to break in, but it will be worth it. Excellent shoe.
I find the shoes extremely comfortable except at the top of the heel - but I have always had this problem with Doc Martens shoes. I will have to work the top edge with vaseline to make it more pliable. Apart from that, would recommend them to anyone.
