All we ask is that you return your purchase back to us and in the condition that you received them.
There are 2 ways to return shoes to us:
Just fill in the returns form and put it in the box with the shoes. Then securely wrap the box and stick the 'Return to' label on the returns form onto the parcel. For added security please send your parcel to us by recorded delivery.

The shoes are a present for my boyfriend. He really wanted these shoes, but they were not available in Holland in this size. Thanks to Schuh I got them within two days. The shoes are perfect.
