Just fill in the returns form and put it in the box with the shoes. Then securely wrap the box and stick the 'Return to' label on the returns form onto the parcel. For added security please send your parcel to us by recorded delivery.

Love these boots. They look great, fit perfectly and are incredibly comfortable. Well worth the £65!
Nice style but they looked cheap when on, the plastic sole was especially nasty!! 2 stars for style on but 1/2 a star for the quality.
Nice, comfy ankle boots. Definately a good idea to buy the next size up as tried my size in shops and found them tight to get on and off.

These boots are absolutely brilliant they are so comfy and as well as being a good fit they're super stylish too. I love the buckle detail with the silver tab and they have a heel with is perfect for adding a bit of height but allowing them to worm everyday. I am also so pleased with the Schuh service and the returns policy is incredible, it's my go to shoe shop.
