All we ask is that you return your purchase back to us and in the condition that you received them.
There are 2 ways to return shoes to us:
Just fill in the returns form and put it in the box with the shoes. Then securely wrap the box and stick the 'Return to' label on the returns form onto the parcel. For added security please send your parcel to us by recorded delivery.

This is my 3rd Ugg style boot and within 3weeks of having the shoe it rained and ruined my Ugg boots, took the swaid off the boot, quite disappointed
These are my 4th pair of UGG boots.. So comfortable, keep your feet warm in the winter and cool in the summer.. Everyone should own a pair! Cannot rate these boots highly enough...
