We’re happy to offer a refund on unused items returned within 365 days. If the item is faulty, please get in touch. As we do not offer a fitting service, please ensure your footwear is entirely suitable before use. This is in addition to, and does not affect your consumer rights. Items fulfilled by our Partner are shipped using Royal Mail and DPD. Delivery timescales can vary depending on delivery option, please note your delivery timescales at the checkout.
