The shoes themselves are very comfortable, narrower at the top of the foot while being quite wide near the heel providing a different feel for my personal foot. Service with getting my shoes however slightly disappointing with the company sending me the wrong size (luckily being a size up but just fitting me) while the company they used to deliver was unimpressive, leaving a "we just missed you" note despite the fact that 7 people were available, yet no one heard the door. Comfort of the shoe makes up for the poor service.
