We use a secure courier service to make sure your shoes reach you safe and sound. A signature is always required on delivery, so you can order with confidence. We've got a great selection of delivery options below to make sure we get your new shoes to you when its convenient for you.

We’re a fully audited and accredited carbon neutral organisation and fully offset all of the associated emissions with the delivery of your parcel.

Next Day Delivery

Price = £4.99 

Order by midnight Monday to Friday, 10:30pm Saturday and midnight Sunday for Next Day Delivery (excluding Bank Holidays). Delivery option is subject to location and stock availability.

Choose Your Day (Incl. Weekends)

Price = £4.99

Choose your delivery day up to 14 days in advance! (excluding bank holidays) Delivery option is subject to location and stock availability.

Standard Delivery

Price = £3.00 (FREE over £60)   

Delivery in 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays).

Ex-Display Products = £3.00

You can now collect or reserve at a schuh store.

Price = £3 (FREE over £60) 

Collect your parcel from a local convenience store open early til late, 7 days a week. Order by 4pm for delivery within 2-5 working days.

ASDA toyou

Price = £3 (FREE over £60)  

Collect your order from your most convenient Asda store. Choose from over 600 stores across the UK with safe parking and late opening hours. Delivery within 2-5 working days.

Please note if your parcel is undelivered and is returned back to us, a refund will automatically be processed back to the original payment method.

Same Day Delivery

Price = £6.99 

Need your item quickly? Same Day Delivery available 7 days a week subject to delivery location.

Gifting Options

Gift Wrapping

Price = £3.99

Need an item sent as a gift? Simply select the gifting option at the basket and this will be sent in a schuh gift box! Gift wrapping is only available on items we have in stock in our main warehouses. If the option is not visible at the basket, unfortunately this will not be available for the item. 

Gift Messaging

We offer a free gift message service on our website, select the option at our checkout and we will include your personalised message within the package.
