Went into store knowing what I wanted, however the trainer was not available in my size. Made enquiries re other shoes/sizes sales assistant was a young man, very helpful. Decided to give it some thought. Went back later the female assistant was most helpful, recommended another similar pair got me them, after trying them I was still unsure but with help from the assistant (sorry I didn’t get her name but she went looking for a shoe horn for me) I decided to purchase. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends. Thank you.

We were at the Livingston store on Monday 19th August around 11 12 ish and the young guy called James and another young girl who helped us were amazing. Super quick service and just so polite. Thanks for a very easy smooth and enjoyable shopping experience

I ordered a size 8 shoe for my partner and it was to big so I re ordered a 7. The coustomer service I received was excellent from the time of order beginning to the recipe of the right size shoe. Thank you very much for the great customer service.
