29/06/2026Ella BainbridgeI've had to buy this pair of trainers for a second time in the space of two days. The first pair I bought with next day delivery has been delivered, but when I opened the box I found that both shoes were different sizes. I ordered a size 6, one shoe was a 6 and the other was a 9. This has left me very unhappy as these were bought for an upcoming trip. I don't understand how you can send out a box of shoes without checking they are the correct size just like you would if I was buying in store. This is not the customer experience I was expecting, especially as I've bought from you before and have had nothing but positive experiences.

29/06/2026Abbie YoungMade it seem like I could use my schuh rewards on the purchase but when I had googled it said I couldn't redeem my £5 rewards on ex-display purchases. Wish this had been more clear as it made the process longer and more confusing than necessary. Also a shame I couldn't use them.
