11/02/2026Charlie JamesJoe from Princesshay Exeter store was exceptional. Joe approached me as I came in with a friendly smile and asked if I needed any help. I asked him to check a few shoe sizes for me and as I have quite a large shoe size he advised that he he ones I wanted weren’t in my size but suggested a few other brands to try, which is never tried before. Whilst I was browsing the other brands he had gone out of his way to check similar shoes to the initial ones I’d asked about, and he found one in my size and in a similar style. Joe was friendly throughout and made me feel comfortable in what is usually an uncomfortable situation for me. Joe is an asset to your company and I’m really pleased with my purchase and with his help today. Thank you Joe! :-)
