11/09/2026SarahWhen ordering this item I tried to pay through kana pay. It times out 3 times and didn't go though. So I payed for the full amount on my card £70. Then today klana have taken a payment from my so in theory im paying twice. Also I ordered the black style with the pace theme not tje bows that are now showing on the account. I would like to cancel the order amd start again once I get my refund please. They did try to deliver i Them today unsuccessful but I think it would be east to cancel and get a full refund and thne reorder them one its sorted. Kla a are saying they can't refund me unless I send fje order back. You should be able to see the two payment methods for the same order o your end. I would appreciate your help with this matter

11/09/2026Karen McwattNot showing accurate stock when customers are trying to add to basket is just frustrating. It doesn’t say low stock or out of stock but when you try to add to basket it states that other customers have already purchased the items
