28/11/2025Nino MoscardiniI have ordered the same shoes multiple times this week and always there has been a mess up - Schuh don't know what they are doing. And there agents provide misleading information. I can understand why when you purpose is Sustainability, Mental wellness, and Fostering Diverse Talent. As a retailer were does the customer come in your purpose? Maybe something like "Serve customers with products they trust and service they value", or "Bring quality, affordability, and reliability together in one place" but your purpose statements are all inward focused. With the footwear retail sector in the UK faces downward pressure. Schuh can buck this trend you have some great people but systems and process that are suboptimal.
