29/08/2026Richard TaylorThe shoes were purchased due to feedback from customers. However, the shoes were poorly packaged leading to marks being left on the shoes. In addition to this glue is clearly visible around the joins. One strap is already coming apart. I purchased two pairs both or completely different colours. I can only assume these are ex-display items, not something I was aware of when purchasing. Very poor show.

29/08/2026Angharad McCreadieNot great that I was offered the options of next day and chosen day when signed in with my details already but then told i wasn't eligible for both. Delayed my check out time, and was given no reason.
