18/08/2026ADAMreally poor system. needed shoes for my daughter going back to school as the ones i bought at the start of the summer are now too small. with 2 days till she goes back was delighted to get these for pick up at Silverburn. Website accepts order, funds deducted from payment method and says can collect in one hour, only to get a message a short time later saying item not in stock and order cancelled. i now face a 2-3 day wait for return of funds to be able to try and buy elsewhere but this will now be too late to get them in time for her starting school. why on earth does the order system allow the order to be processed for items that aren't in stock

18/08/2026rosemary hammondTook ages buffering at payment stage. Also you have charged me 4.99 for next day delivery but only one pair can be delivered next day . It said £2 next day delivery on the flier at the top of the page…disappointing….
