10/07/2026Keeley TarffI found the search for the shoe I was looking for to be quite tedious. Just wanted ladies white, high top, platform Converse, which is what they are called according to Converse website. Took me about 7 attempts and changing up descriptive words several times before I finally found them, and even then, kept bringing up Birkenstocks! Not angry, just confused why my search was not immediately successful. Got there in the end and looking forward to my nice white platform high tops. Will always still continue to shop with Schuh. Know you’re getting the genuine item and have reassurance of being able return if don’t fit or any issues and it’ll be easy and straightforward.
