05/04/2026Amanda BeeI have just purchased some trainers for my granddaughter, it was extremely difficult. It took me a long time to log in, I used my phone, my husband tried on his and then I had to use my tablet. It did allow me to log in this time however when I logged into my account and put through the order, it wouldn't recognise my email address even though I was greeted at the top of the screen by Welcome Amanda so you obviously knew who I was!!!!! The order took me about 10 minutes, I was not pleased. Also. your footware is at lease £5 dearer than other places and I only shopped here because I had Blue Light Discount but I couldn't use my £5 reward with it. If this is the case why do you offer rewards to Blue Light customers if we can never use the 2 discounts together, you're already making more money by inflating your prices in the first place.
