04/08/2026simon Scott-Caventhe order would not go through on my phone, i tried about 8 or 9 times to pay an i was just going round in circles no matter how i tried to pay, pay pal, apple pay or off my card details.. so stressful.. had to get my wife to place the order at work pc

04/08/2026Richard AspinallAfter completing the order for collect from store I got the order confirmation page telling me I can collect the shoes from Monday at 2pm. That's no good to me at all I'm going on holiday on Sunday for 7 nights. I selected collect form store because standard delivery said delivered by monday which I knew might be too late. I wanted to the chosen day delivery option which was listed in the delivery options on the sale page but wasn't given as an option at the checkout. Poor e-commerce experience, this is 2026 you should really have a better customer experience on your website than this, I'm going to have to figure out how I can cancel the order now
