16/12/2025Maria HazamIt has been very hard trying to order two pairs of Ugg shoes I have been trying to order since 3am it kept saying there wasn’t any of the shoes left I ordered but it was saying there’s five pairs left I managed to put two pairs in the bag but it would not let me pay for them I had a really bad few hours trying to order from schu .Also I shop with them quite often I havnt had this trouble before very disappointed . I would not encourage anyone to buy from schu on line as I have had the worst experience these last few hours would have left them but this store is the only store which had my order .But I had nothing but trouble trying to order so in the end I had to one item out of the bag so I ended up buying only one pair of uggs . As it would not let me pay for other pair so I. Had to take them out of my basket very disappointed also I was trying to put my £10 voucher on towards my order and it wouldn’t let me . Not to pleased about schu don’t think I will b ordering from schu again I will order elsewhere .very bad .

16/12/2025D Parrish Placed my order online and after giving all my card details etc was told there was a problem processing my order and I should try again. This I did and then found I had 2 orders for the item. I returned one and was still charged £3:99 for what was your error!
