31/10/2025Michelle BanksI had 2 vouchers to use but for some reason I had to get codes to verify it was me. Every time a code was sent, because there wasn't an option to copy & paste the code from the notification, I had to login to my emails to retrieve it. Once I copied it & went back to your payment page, it would refresh & I would have to get another verification code. Obviously the same thing happened & I had no way of staying on the order page & getting the code. I had to wait until I could use a laptop to have my emails open & keep your page open on my mobile. This was frustrating to say the least especially by the time I got the code, done of my items had sold out. The other annoying issue was, as I was unable to copy & paste the code, I had to free type it onto your page & as you know they are very long codes & I entered the wrong digit & timed out. Then on another attempt your system crashed & I had to go through it all again. I just hope most of these boots are suitable, to make all this effort & frustration worth it.
