14/08/2026Leanne WatsonThe process is not hard but it was frustrating. I was asked to my preferred delivery. I did. Hit submit. Not available in my area, choose another. Sent me back to delivery options page but did not tell me what the actual available options were. Chose another date, having to put all my personal data in again, only to be told not available in my area. Had another go after that. Finally went for store delivery which is going to take almost a week which feels crazy. Like I said, not hard, but frustrating. Hope I like the shoes after that.
