14/08/2026Jackie Marchantridiculous rigmarole to spend a one4all card. The maximum amount you can put on a one4all card is £100. My order was for £105. If you don't have enough money on it, you have to buy a gift card from Schuh, then wait hours for it to be delivered via email, with it showing in track your order as a physical card being sent to your address with a 14 day cooling off notice of cancellation sent to you by email. Totally confusing. Totally annoying. Why can you not have the option for these cards to be used as a gift card? I had to contact the chat live three times. What a load of hassle for something that should have been straightforward.

14/08/2026Lesley PondShopping was fine bt I realise that when my Schuh loyalty account was set up, the email address entered was wrong. Consequently I cannot now use my loyalty card online because the email does not match - and I can't log in to change/ the email either - very frustrating.
