05/08/2026Carole RenardOrdered 2 pairs of boots on the 31st of July. Received the first pair within 2 days, the boots were well packaged in their box with the cardboard toe reinforcement and paper stuffed in them as your expect new boots to be. Unfortunately, the second pair arrived only today and the total opposite. They were visibly a previous return to Schuh from a customer and had not been checked before being shipped on to another customer, in this case me. The boots have visibly been tried on or worn once as they have dirty soles, there are some scratched on 1 side of 1 boot which I hope will just wipe off. The paper stuffing that I expect to find inside a brand new pair of boots was outside of the boots in the box, and there was only 1 piece from 1 boot. The box itself arrived bashed up, torn and squashed up which already didn't give me a good impression. The worn boot inside were the justification. NOT IMPRESSED SCHUH!!
